Angus 76cm Drop In Grill and Cart

I asked a friend of mine, who loves to research before purchasing big ticket items, to find me a grill. This is the one he recommended. He was spot on! This grill is amazing. However, if you are used to cooking on a grill that barely gets hot on high...use caution. This grill gets very hot on high! I have not found any spot on the grill where it does not cook evenly, except perhaps an inch from the edges. The drip pan is the full length of the grill and very easy to slide out and clean. The grill came with both the infrared burner and rotisserie. I have not tried them yet, but I am looking forward to making a rotisserie chicken soon. I agree with the other reviews, this is the last grill you will ever buy.

My 3 year old Angus cart looks and performs just as well as the fist year. We live right on the coast & the wind is always blowing moist salty air in off the ocean and I've not seen a hint of corrosion . Ever screw and bolt is made of stainless . This spring (2016) I ordered a infrared searing burner and swapped it out with one of the conventional burners , I wish I'd done that when I fist got it! The searing unit is really handy and I advise everyone to just pull the trigger & buy one when you purchase your grill. One more thing , because it's made of a high quality alloy of stainless nothing magnetic will stick. I just mention that because there's quite a few grilling accessories that are magnetic. I'll go out on a limb and say if this unit is cared for it will last as long as you will. Oh and two thumbs way up for the IR rotisserie element. I'm pushing 60 and really irritated by the (throw away society) we live in , it's nice to see a product built to last and not built for income via replacement parts.

The grill gets to operating temperature quickly and maintains a hotter temperature than my old propane units, twice the BTUs. Sears burgers and steaks with ease.
